Z (Air Brake) Training & Test

Gain the knowledge necessary to operate brake systems safely and detect faults in these systems. Upon successful completion of the written test, participants will take the practical test. After successful completion of both tests, you will receive the 'Z' endorsement from the MTO. Students must provide proof of a full 'G' license. Z (Air Brake) is a 14-Hour Program run over 2 days. You must be atleast 18 years of age to apply for the Z (Air Brake) Course.

Licensing & Eligibility Requirements:

• Being at least 18 years of age
• Holding the appropriate Ontario driver’s license (Class G or higher)

Licensing requirements are established by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements for their applicable license class.
