The ConnectHER Training Hub is a centralized online learning space designed to support organizations and leaders in advancing women in skilled trades through practical, actionable learning. Housed in D2L, the hub features three focused modules: Recruit, Retain, and Mentor- each comprised of standalone session topics that can be completed independently based on learner needs and priorities. Every session topic earns the learner a digital certificate of completion, providing flexible, stackable professional development that equips participants with the tools and confidence to strengthen inclusive recruitment practices, improve retention outcomes, and build meaningful mentorship pathways within the skilled trades sector.
