Follow these steps to access your course immediately without waiting for email support.

  1. Check Your Registration Details

    • Match Names: You must use the exact first and last name of the attendee at checkout.

    • Username Format: Your username uses a period separator. Format: Firstname.Lastname (e.g., John.Smith).

    • Case Sensitivity: Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Type them carefully.

  2. Password Troubleshooting

    • Self-Reset: Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page for an instant reset link.

    • Check Spam: Look in your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders if the reset email does not arrive.

    • Secure Storage: Save your new password securely in a password manager or safe location.
