Course Overview
We are operating in an environment of rapid, continuous change. Changes such as reorganizations and hiring impact us internally. Changes in our marketplace, through the evolving expectations of our clients, and innovation impact us externally. Being a leader in an organization through change is a demanding, time-consuming responsibility. All of us are in some sort of leadership role. We do not need a title after our name to be in a leadership role.
