PRESENTATION & FACILITATION
Discover the principles for adult learning, how to establish a positive learning environment, the difference between facilitating, training, and presenting and various challenges of the profession.
PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION
Develop understanding of methods of evaluation, levels of evaluation, self-assessments and how to get participants to strive for excellence.
