Explore and understand various adult learning principles, best practices in instructional design, how to prepare content & materials, how to manage the environment and themselves.


PRESENTATION & FACILITATION

Discover the principles for adult learning, how to establish a positive learning environment, the difference between facilitating, training, and presenting and various challenges of the profession.


PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION

Develop understanding of methods of evaluation, levels of evaluation, self-assessments and how to get participants to strive for excellence.
