Overview
This online self-paced project management course is one of 3, 3-hour project management series. It comprises of 2 sections introducing the learner to 2 of the 10 project management knowledge areas, Project Risk Management and Project Stakeholder Management. Like all other knowledge areas, the processes performed under these knowledge areas must be conducted correctly to successfully plan, execute, and close a project. This course is intended for those without previous exposure to project risk management and project stakeholder management.
